My sister’s name was mary coles. I will say for the first 6 months. I wasn’t very pleased, but after that. She was there 3 years, and I can tell you the service was wonderfu.l. she had cerebral palsy, and they treated her like nothing was wrong. They called her by her name.They learn to understand everything that she was saying. The aids what’s awesome. The nurses was great. Housekeeping kept her room clean. Maintenance was there anytime I needed him, The reception greeted us everyday with a smile. Last but not least, Sharae Robinson was really the angel that was assigned to her, and she did a wonderful job. Not only to my sister, mary, but she showed love and concern to every one of the patients that was there. There are too many people to name. But I’ll tell you, I can rest in peace. Knowing that she was taking good care of before her death
From the moment I arrived at Westerville Post Acute Nursing Home, I was treated with more dignity, respect, and genuine kindness than I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting, other then Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. Both medical facilities are top notch in my book. I came in for rehabilitation after a busted right hip, and every single person — Administration, Social Services, Rehab, Nurses, Kitchen Staff and even Housekeeping — treated me like royalty. They didn’t just care for me; they cared about me. I received top‑tier medical care and more tender loving care than I ever expected. The food was good enough that I ate everything on my tray, every time. Most importantly, everyone knew I was homeless — and unlike other facilities where I’ve been treated badly, WPA never once made me feel less than human. They welcomed me, respected me, and supported me with compassion that I will never forget. To all the incredible employees, and to the amazing patients I became friends with: from the bottom of my feet to the pointed top of my head, thank you. You gave me safety, healing, and dignity when I needed it most. May every one of you be blessed with wonderful lives. — tjb
