From the moment I arrived at Westerville Post Acute Nursing Home, I was treated with more dignity, respect, and genuine kindness than I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting, other then Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. Both medical facilities are top notch in my book. I came in for rehabilitation after a busted right hip, and every single person — Administration, Social Services, Rehab, Nurses, Kitchen Staff and even Housekeeping — treated me like royalty. They didn’t just care for me; they cared about me. I received top‑tier medical care and more tender loving care than I ever expected. The food was good enough that I ate everything on my tray, every time. Most importantly, everyone knew I was homeless — and unlike other facilities where I’ve been treated badly, WPA never once made me feel less than human. They welcomed me, respected me, and supported me with compassion that I will never forget. To all the incredible employees, and to the amazing patients I became friends with: from the bottom of my feet to the pointed top of my head, thank you. You gave me safety, healing, and dignity when I needed it most. May every one of you be blessed with wonderful lives. — tjb

Had my family member stay here for some skilled time and it was just amazing! staff were wonderful and the place was clean and well looked after. highly recommend.

Not at peace with any of the things or matters that has lead to my mom’s passing. As we are making calls for insurance policies and funeral homes arrangements, You…Westerville Post Acute called, saying sorry for our lost and that ALL you wanted to know or concerned about if the family was coming to get mom’s belongings or do we want you to gather her things and have them ready up front for the family to retrieve. Your facility drugged her, your facility had contributed to her to her quick speedy passing away. As I told to your Staff on Monday 05/11/2026 that giving the meds (morphine and tremadol) is going to lead to her death, Come Tuesday 05/12/2026 @ 1:08am mom is pronounced dead, Come 05/13/2026 @ 10:40am your Facility calls the grieving family asking about when we can come get belongings that has been there less than a week 05/05/2026. So now why the urgency to toss her and her things out in just on day of her passing. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!

Very displeased with facility! My husband did not receive the care that was promised. Medicare cut him off bc he wasn’t making progress. You can’t make progress if no one works with you to make that progress. Happy we were able to move him to a different facility where he did well.

Mi terapia era fantástica, la comida era buenisima y los empleados que quidan para mi eran muy cariñoso. La unica cosa habia que los empleados en housekeeping necesitan hacer un poco más para duró en mi baño.

My experience ar Westerville Post Acute was excellent. Care was great. Staff was kind and caring. I came from the hospital with an injury and received exceptional care while I healed.

Was a fantastic place to be to get the help you need .

The nursing care plan designed for my husband who had a stroke is excellent, as is the therapy staff working with him. The staff is responsive to any concerns. Thanks to all of you for what you do.

My father was admitted on hospice care for a 10 day respite. On Saturday night he fell going to the bathroom and he was left laying on the floor for 10 minutes while his roommate continued to hit the nurse call light. He had a cut on his elbow and bruises on his head. He hit his head and definitely wasnt he same after. They then moved him to a fold out chair in the hallway because they don’t have alarms for the beds for saftey. They then moved him to another room with no AC because we were all coming in and out because of the change in his condition and not wanting to bother the roommate. While doing so they bashed his head on the headboard. When they moved him they didnt bring any of his belongings. They called us at 4pm Sunday suggesting we come over because his condition had again declined. My husband went back to the old room to receive the items and there was only 1 bag. My dad passed and they literally came in immediately and started “cleaning him up” despite him not being soiled and me asking the tech to wait because my sister wanted another minute. To add insult to injury when I arrived at the funeral home yesterday I found out my father was sent to them in a hospital gown and no belongings. When I called to inquire about his clothes I was they were there I could pick them up. When we arrived they gave us 2 bags of items but the clothes he was wearing when he passed are nowhere to be found. They said the person in charge of laundry wasnt there. He also has other items missing. This is unacceptable. Do not use this place if you want proper care and your person’s belongings returned.

Since they took over i have had the opportunity to meet everyone that’s taking care of my sister. They listen to me if there’s any problem. I feel safe leaving her there when I leave

This is a great facility. They have great nursing and therapy staff. Aides were very nice. I would definitely recommend.

My mother had the GREAT experience I love this place food excellent the staff I can’t say more about the staff is so friendly nice HELPFULL I recommend anyone that needs rehab rehabilitation this place 5star in my book

As a brother of a resident, I am very pleased with the care he’s receiving. The staff does everything they can with the resources available to make life better for him. He doesn’t like the food, but they do the best they can to accommodate him. They’ve also implemented food trucks every other Friday so that’s something he can look forward too. I want to thank Merissa, Mike, Tracey, James, and “grandma”. You 5 and many more have really helped me be at ease with his recovery and I appreciate you looking after him. I truly am thankful that he is here during his recovery. Thank you so much!
